12.05pm - 1.00pm Saturday and Sunday
Every Saturday and Sunday, Music Makers explores the lives and careers of the people who have enriched our lives with their creation of music – including instrumentalists, singers, composers and conductors.
On Saturdays, Mairi looks at major performers – musicians whose names might be well known or less familiar – and surveys their careers, their recorded repertoire, and their influence.
On Sundays, Music Makers includes conversations with people currently making music around Australia and overseas. Sunday's program is also the place to hear features and special series about music making past and present. Programs in 2008 |
