Mr Peters is a farmer and grazier from the central western region of New South Wales. Being a member of various Boards and advisory groups has given Anthony a deep understanding of regional issues. Amongst his interests in ABC programming are health and community welfare, news and documentary and he also regularly accesses rural affairs on ABC online.
