Missing boy found safe and well

Posted January 12, 2007 13:37:00

Police will today speak to an 11-year-old Brisbane boy who has been found after going missing for almost two days.

Dylan MacKenzie was reported missing after setting off from his Acacia Ridge home, in Brisbane's south-west, on Wednesday afternoon.

He was found safe and well at Loganholme this morning.

Senior Sergeant Jim Whitehead says police are not sure where the boy has been.

"That's one of the things I'd like to talk to him about when he gets here, just to see what has actually happened over the last two days," he said.

"He was seen on the train on Wednesday afternoon, we've got confirmation of that, but I'd just like to know how he went from there all the way out to Loganholme and what his movements were in between."
