Man charged over fatal crash near Louth

A 30-year-old man has been charged over an accident that claimed the life of a man near Louth earlier this year.

Simon Davidson from Queensland died when the vehicle he was travelling in crashed and rolled on the Toorale Road in January.

Police have now charged Ashley Robert Dickins of Berrigan, who they allege was driving at the time.

He will face Bourke Local Court in August charged with aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death and grievous bodily harm, and driving whilst suspended.
