Abbotsford wine store robbery

A man armed with a handgun and wearing a balaclava has stolen cash from an Abbotsford wine store overnight.

Police say the man went into the Victoria Street store at about 11:00AM and forced the two staff members to open a till.

No one was injured in the robbery.

The offender is believed to be in his 40s, about 178cm tall, and was wearing jeans and a wind cheater.
