Kings down Melbourne in overtime

Sydney produced a fighting performance to down the Tigers 115-107 in overtime in their NBL clash at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on Saturday evening.

Guard Luke Kendall was the stand-out, dropping 24 points for the Kings.

Chris Anstey was in typically top form for the visitors, scoring a game-high 26 points.

The win extends Sydney's lead at the top of the table.

The Perth Wildcats were the victors in another thrilling match, edging out the 36ers 90-88 in their match in Perth.

Twenty-seven points from Shawn Redhage led the home side to the win, while Adam Ballinger top-scored with 25 for Adelaide.

Meanwhile the Bullets romped home to a 132-101 win over the Dragons at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

Ebie Ere was in devastating form, dropping a monster 45 points and grabbing 11 boards.

Shane Heal was the best for the South Melbourne side, bagging 26 points.

New Zealand wrapped up the round with a comprehensive away win over the Razorbacks, winning 113-97 at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre.

Kirk Penney grabbed an impressive game-high 26 points while Orien Greene provided the support with 20 points.

The struggling West Sydney outfit were well served by Troy DeVries with 22 points.
