Police investigate fire at Gold Coast factory

Police on the Gold Coast say they do not know what started an overnight fire at a mattress factory.

Queensland Fire and Rescue Service officers were called to the Miami business about 7:30pm AEST.

Scientific and forensic investigation officers are investigating the cause of the fire.

A number of neighbouring businesses, including a bicycle shop, sustained smoke and water damage.
