The balcony of a house has collapsed on Victoria's surf coast, injuring members of four generations of a family.

The family members fell two metres when the flooring of the balcony gave way at a house at Jan Juc this afternoon.

A 65-year-old woman and a 50-year-old woman both suffered leg injuries.

A 30-year-old woman has minor injuries and a two-month-old baby is being assessed at the Geelong Hospital.
