Bushfires burn in south Tas

Three bushfires are burning in southern Tasmania.

A fire near the Arve Valley, north of Geeveston, has burnt 20 hectares.

Fire crews are working to bring it under control.

Meanwhile, crews are monitoring a blaze on Bruny Island that has so far destroyed 10 hectares.

A large blaze around Policemans Point, south of Geeveston, is burning out control and threatening state forest.
