WorkSafe looking into sub-contractor death

WorkSafe is investigating the death of a 69-year-old man whose body was found at a house in Torquay this afternoon.

The man is believed to have been working as a sub-contractor when he fell from from a step ladder, slicing his leg with a circular saw.

The cause of the man's death is not yet known.
