Police have charged a 60-year-old man with the murder of a woman from Pyramid Hill in northern Victoria.
Forty-eight-year-old Anne Watson was found dead in her home in July 2003, after a fire.
A post-mortem examination revealed she had been stabbed and strangled prior to the fire being lit.
The Cohuna man will appear in court in Bendigo on Thursday.
