A court hears a murder accused is being detained at Glenside psychiatric hospital (ABC News)

There has been a bedside court hearing for a woman accused of murdering her defacto partner at Clare, north of Adelaide.

Noreen Jessamine Weetra, 31, is being detained under a mental health order at Glenside Hospital.

It is alleged she stabbed her partner, 34, during a domestic dispute on Saturday night.

Weetra has been remanded in custody.

She is due to appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court on Friday.
