Police have charged a 20-year-old man and three boys aged 16 with arson and burglary over an attack on a college in the Perth suburb of Ferndale.

Damla College was subjected to a series of overnight burglaries and fire attacks in April and May.

In the most recent attack a swastika and the words 'Arabs out' were spray-painted on a wall.

The school is non-denominational but most of the students are from a Turkish speaking background.

Two of the youths will appear in the Perth Children's Court today.

The third is due to appear on Friday.

The 20-year-old man from Ferndale is expected to appear in the Armadale Magistrates Court on Friday.
