Arrests over armed robbery, break-ins

Adelaide detectives have arrested a 18-year-old man in connection with an armed robbery of the Brighton Metro Hotel last Sunday.

He faces charges of aggravated assault and robbery, car theft, driving while disqualified and breaching bail.

The teenager has been remanded in custody until September.

Police are trying to find two other men allegedly also involved.

Meanwhile, two teenage boys have been arrested over a series of break-ins on Tuesday.

A 16-year-old from Dover Gardens and 17-year-old from Mansfield Park will face the Youth Court.

They are to face charges over a robbery at a Plympton service station, a house at Hove and a Glenelg sports store.
