Man in SA court over ecstasy seizure

One of two South Australians arrested over an ecstasy seizure will be extradited to Melbourne. (ABC)

One of two South Australians arrested over an ecstasy seizure has appeared in an Adelaide court.

Carmelo Falanga, 43, of Bugle Ranges is charged with conspiracy to import ecstasy.

An Adelaide Magistrate today granted a request to extradite Falanga to Melbourne.

Another 39-year-old South Australian man was arrested in Victoria.

He is charged with trafficking ecstasy, conspiracy to import a drug precursor, and aiding and abetting the importation of cocaine.
