Man charged over sexual assault

Police have charged a man over the sexual assault of an ACT women in inner Sydney earlier this year.
The 32-year-old woman was assaulted in the toilet cubicle of a Surry Hills restaurant in April.
After examining closed circuit television police yesterday arrested a 26-year-old man.
The man has been charged with detain for advantage and assault with intent to commit sexual assault.
