Court adjourns officer's intimidation hearing

Posted August 18, 2008 13:31:00

A hearing into intimidation charges against a country New South Wales policeman has been adjourned.

Constable Adam Paul Hutchinson was suspended from duty at Ivanhoe in March last year over allegations relating to a female police officer in the outback town.

The matter was heard for several days at Hay in April and it resumed in Griffith Local Court last week.

The hearing into charges of stalking, intimidation and obtaining money or valuables will resume in Wagga Wagga Local Court in October.
