North Qld man found guilty of toddler's murder

A north Queensland man has been found guilty of murdering his girlfriend's 14-month-old daughter.

A Supreme Court jury was told the child died from severe injuries at a Cairns unit in November last year.

The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will be sentenced tomorrow.
