Posted August 25, 2008 07:05:00

A new $114,000 marketing strategy is expected to be adopted at tonight's Dubbo City Council meeting.

It is a bid to increase the city's image and incorporate a new brand for Dubbo attractions and facilities.

A report to the meeting recommends the council adopt the new strategy which features a pop art theme and creative concept promoting a number of 'Time to...' catchphrases.
