ACCC to probe Seven's stake in WAN

Posted August 26, 2008 16:14:00

The Seven Network says the competition regulator will investigate its stake in West Australian Newspaper Holdings (WAN).

Seven holds more than 20 per cent of the media group and earlier this year executive chairman Kerry Stokes attempted to replace the company's board.

Seven says it will fully cooperate with the review by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
