O'Keefe in doubt for Swans

The Sydney Swans say Ryan O'Keefe is in doubt for tomorrow night's AFL match against the Brisbane Lions.
O'Keefe has been named at half-forward despite illness.
The Swans have already lost Adam Goodes to a groin injury.
Coach Paul Roos says Goodes will be helped by resting ahead of the finals.
"I really think he senses that he can be a significant benefit to the team by not playing this week and by playing a lot fitter, a lot healthier in the first week of the finals," he said.
"I think it's a really smart decision from Adam and the medical department."
