AGL sells wind farm

Posted August 29, 2008 15:47:00

Energy company AGL has sold its wind farm near Burra in the mid-north of South Australia in a deal it says is worth $59 million.

Energy Infrastructure Trust will own the Hallett Two wind farm and fund the rest of the project's construction.

But AGL will operate and maintain the wind farm and buy all the electricity produced.
