Rape accused misses court appearance

Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Shepparton man who failed to appear in the Ballarat Magistrates Court yesterday.

Nicholas Goldsack, 22, is facing three charges of rape.

Police say the charges relate to attacks on two teenage girls in Ballan and Sunshine last week.

Goldsack was due to face the magistrates court yesterday for a filing hearing.
