A 31-year-old Canberra woman missing for three nights has been found alive in bushland in the Namadgi National Park.

The woman from Macarthur was reported missing after she failed to return from a bushwalk in the Nursery Swamp area on Wednesday.

The Southcare Helicopter is moving the woman to the Canberra Hospital.

She is described as being in a good condition.

Police and Emergency Services held grave concerns about her safety as the woman left with limited food and clothing for the cold overnight temperatures.
