Pair arrested over $270k warehouse robberies

A man and woman have been arrested in Sydney over the theft of thousands of dollars of property from warehouses.

The robberies included $190,000 worth of alcohol from a commercial warehouse on Belah Road at Port Macquarie, on the New South Wales mid-north coast, last week.

Detectives found the goods at a nearby property, along with a van that had earlier been reported stolen.

The pair are also charged over two other break-ins across the state, the total value of stolen goods is $270,000.

The 24-year-old woman and 28-year-old man are due in a Sydney court today.
