Business group names chairman

The Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has a new chairman.

Andrew Scobie will replace Michael Kent who has resigned.

Mr Scobie says he wants to see a business environment that is more competitive than the rest of the nation and less reliant on government money.
