Man in hospital after Warwick stabbing

Posted November 28, 2008 13:40:00

A man has been stabbed during a brawl at Warwick on the southern Darling Downs.

Police say two groups clashed in a park on the corner of Locke and Wallace streets last night and a man was stabbed twice in the back.

He was taken to Warwick Hospital, and later transferred to Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital, where he is in a serious condition.

Police are looking for two men who may be travelling to Goondiwindi by car.
