Great Ocean Road reopens after fatal smash

A stretch of the Great Ocean Road that was the scene of a fatal accident early this morning has reopened.

But the speed limit around the section at Big Hill, near Lorne, has been reduced to 40 kilometres per hour.

A man aged in his 50s died when his tanker overturned this morning and burst into flames.
