One of three men charged in relation to the death of Brisbane woman Dianne Brimble has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter.

Thirty-six-year-old Mark Robin Wilhelm from Adelaide appeared in the New South Wales Supreme Court in Sydney this morning.

He is also charged with supplying a prohibited drug, to which he also pleaded not guilty.

Wilhelm remains free on bail.

Justice Graham Barr excused him from attending court in February next year when a trial date will be set.

He made no comment to awaiting media as he left the court.

Dianne Brimble died on board the Pacific Sky cruise ship in 2002 from a mixture of alcohol and the drug fantasy.

The mother of three was 42 at the time.

Two other men who were on the ship, Ryan Kuchel and Letterio Silvestri, are also facing court over her death.

They are charged with trying to pervert the course of justice.

Both are yet to enter a plea.
