Latest wreck not the end of 'Sydney' mystery

Almost 66 years after HMAS <em>Sydney</em> was sunk by a German raider off the Western Australian coast, its fate remains the greatest maritime disaster and biggest mystery in Australian history. None of the 645 crew was seen again on that fateful day. Since then maritime historians, both professional and amateur, have raced to find its wreckage. But the latest claim is already being disputed and the riddle of the <em>Sydney</em> seems no closer to being solved.
