The Government in Khartoum says it does not recognise the International Criminal Court (ICC), and has accused the court in turn of committing a criminal act. The ICC's decision has already prompted mass protests in Sudan.
Other terrorist groups will now be studying the modus operandi of the Mumbai attacks.
