E-Bay cleared of 'wrongfully' selling imitations

A United States judge has cleared e-Bay of responsibility for the sale of counterfeit goods. A New York district court rejected a claim by luxury jeweller, Tiffany, that e-Bay wrongfully allowed sales of thousands of fake bracelets and necklaces.
