Israel and Hezbollah begin prisoner exchange

Israel has begun handing over the remains of 200 dead Arabs to Lebanon as part of prisoner exhange deal with the militant Islamic group Hezbollah. Israel will also hand over five prisoners, including a notorious murderer serving multiple life sentences.
