Australia's track and field hopes in Beijing have looked increasingly dismal. No representation in any sprint event - men or women - even the relays, and now the double blow with the withdrawal of hurdler Jana Rawlinson and distance walker, Nathan Deakes. The glimmer of good news comes from distance runner, Craig Mottram, particularly after his overnight three thousand metre win in a super grand prix meeting in Stockholm.
