Lack of competition not to blame for grocery prices: ACCC

The ACCC's six-month investigation into grocery prices has found that most of the factors pushing prices up are out of government or retailer control. The consumer watchdog says a lack of competition is not to blame, but it did identify areas that need immediate improvement.
