Deputy chief defence counsel Mike Berrigan, the American Civil Liberties Union's Ben Wizner and Pentagon spokesman JD Gordon comment on the case of Osama bin Laden's former driver. In the first full trial held at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, Salim Hamdan was found guilty of supporting terrorism.
