Australian investors will soon get better access to financial markets in the United States, as part of a deal signed with the US Government. Under the arrangement, Australians will no longer have to use US registered stockbrokers to access American equities.
Some Australians stranded in Bangkok are being told that their travel insurance won't be valid.
