Manchester Unity to merge with HCF

There has been more consolidation within the private health industry, with the planned merger of Manchester Unity and HCF. The $250,000 deal would see Manchester Unity, led by former NSW Liberal leader John Brogden, fold into the operations of HCF Australia's third biggest health insurer.
