Welcome to ABC TV // Switched ON, your guide to the best of ABC TV for the week commencing Monday, November 17.

ABC TV last week launched its programming slate for 2009, titled WE HAVE VISION. In 2009, ABC TV will premiere the most original, creative and exciting television of the year.

Leading the charge are three of Australia’s most extraordinary talents... TV’s original troublemaker, John Safran, returns home to ABC TV with a new series called John Safran's Race Relations; The Chaser team is kitted and ready to declare war again; and Andrew Denton is looking to create a new type of television magic with Project NEXT.

The truth about Victoria’s corrupt and festering drug squad will be uncovered in Death, Drugs and Betrayal; Jonathan Welch takes on the new challenge of trying to build a choir from a group of female prisoners in Prison Sings; and the story of Australia’s obsession with surfing is revea! led in Bombora.

Drama offerings include Three Acts of Murder - the thrilling true story of the Australian crime writer who plots the perfect murder; big business and big money get down and dirty in the series Dirt Game; and John Wood plays the colourful but slightly dodgy sports agent in The Cut.

Have a great week, Dylan and Tony.
